NEW Community Shelter Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

Foil pans are available in the Multi Purpose Room (MPR) kitchen for you to use. Please make this ahead of time and freeze it.  Please do not bake it.  Bring it to Calvary by noon the Tuesday of the N.E.W meal, labeled.  Please put it  in the freezer in the MPR kitchen.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 (32 oz.) package of tater tots

2 medium onions, diced

1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables OR 2 cans of green beans

Brown the ground beef and diced onions.  Drain.  Combine the meat mixture, soup and vegetables.  Pour into a 9x13 pan.
